Testicles, Roman god of Dares

One night, not long ago, my wife and I receive a facebook status update for our oldest child. It said something like, "Riding motorcycle, talking to cop without any clothes on." ..... First thoughts in the head are, hmmm,,21 years old, im no longer responsible...whew... Second thought was, play along, so I responded with, "why didnt the cop have any clothes on" ... that generated more humor as other folks became confused about who was actually naked in this scenario (my kid was). After receiveing a quick call from a much embarrassed progeny I finally got the story about the incident(btw, he was embarrassed because he forgot BOTH of his parents follow his facebook status). It seems that dares were made and accepted resulting in his riding around his college town in the buff on his motorcycle and, amazingly, alcohol was not involved in this at all, just testoserone. How does this kind of thing happen?

After much research and tedious hours of reading and candlelight investigations of various old book sellers I finally found the reason. It seems, back in the days of the Roman empire a new god was discovered about the same time as the concept of secondary education. This new god was responsible for the Roman empires decent into mob rule, the gladitorial games and several broken limbs. Digging deeply I found him referenced once and possibly erased from several other manuscripts that were rants against various 3 day parties that involved students in loincloths running around drinking and swiving everyting in sight. It seems upon the rise of this new god, Testicles, the slide to decay and fall of an empire was well on its way. America, I fear for you now.
