Brussels

Friday found us in Brussels, Belgium at about 6:30am. We had to grab our bags and go through customs. Our flight did not leave until 10am the next morning so we went siteseeing. After checking in at the hotel we jumped on a double-decker tour bus and took a look at the city and it was very, very nice. The architecture is so different from any that we have in the US and certainly different than the look in Uganda. We had a great time, visiting shops and getting souveniors and eating food that is a little closer to our normal (but VERY expensive). We even had a chance to tour a beer museum and watch a video on Trapist monks making beer. All in all we had fun and it made all the difference on the return trip, we made it back home win about 16 hours none the worse for wear.
